Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines acceptable and unacceptable uses of the GLIK AI platform, services, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the “Services”). It is intended to protect users, the integrity of the platform, and the broader ecosystem.

By using GLIK AI, you agree to abide by this AUP, which is enforced by Rivalz Technologies Ltd., the legal entity operating GLIK AI.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy exists to ensure that GLIK is used responsibly, ethically, and lawfully. It applies to all users, including customers, partners, API clients, and trial users.

You may not use GLIK AI to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Upload or distribute malicious software, malware, or code that may harm others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

  • Circumvent or interfere with authentication mechanisms or platform security features

  • Extract data or content in bulk without authorization (e.g., scraping, brute-force downloading)

  • Use GLIK AI to transmit, store, or process content that is:

    • Infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent

    • Harassing, abusive, or threatening

You may not use GLIK AI in ways that negatively impact:

  • Platform performance or availability

  • Other users’ experience or data privacy

  • System security or operational integrity

This includes deliberately generating excessive load, testing for vulnerabilities, or attempting to reverse-engineer system components.

4. Fair Use (API & Automation)

Automated or programmatic access to GLIK APIs, orchestration engines, or memory services must comply with documented rate limits and billing tiers. Excessive usage beyond licensed thresholds may result in throttling or account suspension.

5. Account & Access Responsibility

You are responsible for the security and behavior of any accounts, agents, or integrations tied to your organization’s GLIK workspace. This includes third-party access tokens, custom plugins, and internal users.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Temporary suspension or rate-limiting of your account

  • Termination of access to the Services

  • Legal action where applicable

Rivalz reserves the right to investigate and respond to any suspected violations at its sole discretion.
